Not only is it important to give at the national level, we also believe in giving to schools and programs at a local level with a focus on our employees and teacher community.
We are passionate about helping students both in their academics and athletics. We also aim to help teachers as they are the ones to have the most direct impact on today’s youth.
Our giving at this level has a lot of variety. Here are some of the places we’ve donated: Frazee summer rec and school athletics program, PTO volunteering and monetary donations, teacher meals at conferences, pay for full time employees to volunteer at a school of their choice every week, Teacher Appreciation gifts for employees’ schools, Birthday Week gifts for our teacher community, donate to a former teacher who is running for the Minneapolis School District School Board, and Project 412.
We encourage others to be empowered to give back to their own local communities in any way possible- monetarily, volunteering, coaching, etc.
