We will keep your purchase order open for 45 days. If payment is not received within this period, the purchase order will be automatically closed. Please ensure that payment is completed promptly to avoid any interruptions in access.

You can apply for tax exemption at the same time that you submit your order. There is a place to upload your tax exempt form on the checkout screen. You can also apply for tax exempt status in your account.
